Therapeutic Exercise

Therapeutic exercise is one of the most important components of rehabilitative treatment. It is prescribed for various diseases and complications, including:

  • • Flat feet and subsequent disorders caused by it;
  • • Spinal curvatures (scoliosis, kyphosis, lordosis);
  • • Pathologies of the musculoskeletal system;
  • • Spinal cord and brain injuries;
  • • Muscle tone and weakness caused by various reasons.

With the help of therapeutic physical training, bedridden and wheelchair-using patients become more mobile and independent. Along with this, these types of activities ensure their safe movement (from bed to chair, from chair to bath, etc.), as well as the prevention of complications caused by sitting in a wheelchair and long-term bed rest. As a result, the quality of life of patients significantly improves.

Therapeutic and hygienic exercises promote the harmonious development of the musculoskeletal system and the prevention of various complications. Therefore, their implementation is equally important for preventive purposes, especially for children, adolescents, and people in high-risk professions.

At Therapie House, therapeutic exercise is conducted for patients of all ages, both on an outpatient basis and through home care services.
