One of our special services is qualified medical home care, which includes the services of a doctor, rehabilitation specialist, nurse, and caregiver. The goal is to effectively help people with a limited ability to live independently, providing support and care to alleviate their condition at home, in their familiar environment, and helping to improve their health. We serve:

- • Individuals in the rehabilitation process (post-stroke, post-fracture, post-operative periods, etc.).
We offer:
Medical care and Rehabilitation
- • Monitoring of vital signs (respiration, pulse, blood pressure, temperature, state of consciousness);
- • Performing medical manipulations in compliance with relevant hygienic norms (injections, wound care, probe insertion, urinary bladder catheterization, enema, stoma care);
- • Rehabilitative measures: therapeutic massage, therapeutic exercise;
External therapeutic actions:
Application of herbal oils and ointments, compresses, wraps, therapeutic baths.
Basic care:
- • Hygienic care;
- • Bed making and management;
- • Body washing;
- • Skin care;
- • Assistance with dressing;
- • Assistance with eating;
- • Selection of optimal lying positions.
Implementation of preventive measures to avoid complications such as:
- • Bedsores (pressure ulcers);
- • Congestive pneumonia;
- • Contractures;
- • Thrombosis;
- • Fungal diseases.
Teaching care skills to the patient's caregivers and relatives in specific cases. The work process is provided by a multidisciplinary team consisting of a coordinator, doctor, nurse, caregiver, and rehabilitation specialist.
During the first visit, the coordinator meets with the patient to plan medical and care measures, which are then carried out by the relevant personnel in agreement with family members.
